问下这个VeighNa Trader中的web配置信息从哪里可以获取?

报错:Faile to import cython option pricing model, please rebuild with cython in cmd.

This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
麻烦问下有人知道怎么处理吗?

手动安装到最后一步,运行'python run.py' 之后显示'ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'vnpy_ctastrategy'',我看了一下安装包里没有这个vnpy_ctastrategy文件夹, 不知道哪里能看到.
